Natural Cold Remedies

Here are some natural cures and remedies for a cold/flu. Every ingredient on this list is naturally provided by earth! Earth provides us with everything we need to ENJOY, INDULDGE and HEAL If I feel a cold, flu, virus, or a sickness coming this is what I do to heal and prevent it getting worse…

Doing one of these things with the belief that you have the power to heal yourself…

GINGER – chew on a small piece of ginger. If you feel it burn it is killing off bacteria.

GARLIC –Chew on a clove of garlic or swallow it whole.

LEMON – drink ½ a lemon in a cup of water throughout the day. This will alkalize your body. No sickness can survive in an alkaline body.
TEA – Boil some water and add 1 teaspoon of Honey, ½ Lemon, 1 clove Garlic crushed
TEA – Boil some water and add 1 clove crushed Garlic, a chopped chunk of Ginger, ½ a Lemon juice.
JUICE – to cleanse the blood and create new cells. ½ Beet/Beetroot, 1-2 cloves of Garlic, a chunk of Ginger, 4 stalks of Celery, 4 Carrots.

EUCALYPTUS – add drops to the bottom of a warm bath, or add drops to the bottom of a hot shower and it will steam eucalyptus, or add drops in a hot bowl of water, put your face over the water and a towel over your head and then breathe deep breaths.

EPSOM SALTS BATH – 1 cup of Epsom salts in a hot bath. This will relax your muscles and sweat out toxins.

BENTONITE CLAY – Drink it 1 teaspoon in a cup of water and/or Bathe in it ½ a cup in a bath tub of water.

10. SWEAT – the cold out in a sauna.

11. MASSAGE – get a massage and enjoy some nourishing pampering – feel good again!

12. ACUPTUNCTURE – get your cells and energy circulating again.

13. JUMP – on a trampoline for 10 minutes every morning to get your lymphatic system moving.

14. DANCE and BREATHE – put some of your favourite music on dance and breathe – ENJOY it.

15. BREATHE – go outside where the air is fresh, in a park where there are lots of trees and take MASSIVE CONSCIOUS breathes… allow clean air into your lungs and breathe out stale stagnant air.

16. SLEEP – rest and enjoy the healing as you sleep.

17. LAUGH – watch the funniest movie you know, laugh… sickness cannot survive in a truly happy body!

18. MEDITATE – be present in your body. When you are at home in your body nothing else can sneak in!

19. EAT RAW – raw foods are the highest in nutrients and will give your body new life.

20. KNOW that you can heal yourself with belief and the power of YOU and your mind.
